Gas leak under hood!

There is a smaller gas line coming from the larger 'group' (top right of photo). This connects to a small 90 angle and another attachment. When I take hold of the assembly I can lift it up and push down slightly. When I do this I notice some gas drips from the black/silver attachment. Is this a problem? Does anyone know what this is called? How do I remove it to repair it?

It's called your return fuel line. The fuel lines are not screwed on, therefore they seal with o-rings that are inside of them. There's two in each line. If you put odd pressures on them, some fuel can leak out. It's completely normal.

Kinda like if someone pushes on you..you'll have a reaction. :thumbup2

Is it okay to have a faint gasoline smell in that area? I haven't touched the fuel line in over 16 hours.

Thanks.

When I was installing headers, a friend of mine sat on the engine to see if he could help. I was fine with that even after I noticed some fuel leaked out. Then again, I was hoping for the opportunity to install some AN lines...

The fuel smell stayed there until the next day, and then the fuel evaporated.

Completely normal. I had the same reaction, and replaced the plastic clip -- no change.
