Pontiac Power site indicates "X" for Kansas City assembly plant. Let me see, if I can now just determine which Pontiac models were produced there in 1976?

i dont know where the cars and engines were put together back then but could be different spots. there were alot of gm stuff made around here in western ny in the 80'* and 90'*. just not the cars. delphi made radiators here, rochester carbs was here, american axle, tonawanda engine plant still makes most of the rear wheel drive engines here. alot of that stuff has moved down south now though or mexico

Eyupper, I passed by the Harrison Radiator plant in Lockport numerous times on my way to "work" in Middleport. Also familiar w/ Tonawanda engine plant as I also "worked" in that area near Niagara Mohawk power plant.

I remember, by the time I passed Gas(port)--I was nearing my Middleport destination. I was doing project work for FMC Ag Chemicals plant there--very close to school as I remember. I also recall some nice lunches there @ "Basket Factory" & "Apple-something" east of M'port, along 31.
