Ok so I have searched and searched and now give up. I know al605 is favored for stock applications. now I dont want to run coppers I'm to lazy to change plugs every 10k mile I mean seriously i drive 16k a year. I know plats don't like superchargers. So that leaves me with iridium. What are my choices it looks like ngk tr55ix are equivalent to stock and ngk tr6ix are 2 ranges colder. Any reviews on the al605 iridium.

I'm mainly wanting cooler because I'm planning on dropping a pully later, and with the 100+ temps in the summer, and only having 91 octane the car really bogs down.

What do you suggest?I want to do this right the first time.

Me personal will only use acdelco plugs in my gm. Have had and heard too many problems from using other plugs. The acdelco dont use platinum anymore they have switched to iridium. So unless the parts store has a lot of old stock they wont have the platinums anymore they will be iridium. Gm number is XX568387 for the iridium. 41-101 is the acdelco part number for iridium. That is what i would use.

Last year I installed the NGK Iridium & new NGK wires into the PA.
Got about 22k on them right now.
Super happy! Good mileage, reliable, will probably change them out again around 60-70k.
They are quality long lasting plugs.

Iridiums are a waste of money over coppers according to ZEX, as they are merely iridium plated copper plugs. Not sure how long the coating lasts under supercharger conditions but it supposedly burns off with one or two nitrous runs.

If you are dropping a pulley don't go with the iridium. I love iridium plugs, but when I dropped to a 3.5 they quickly glazed over started missing. I can't imagine you would have a better experience.
