Default '99 Grand Am - Loud noise

Ok my car is making this loud pulsating noise that gets faster with speed. It was doing something like this for a while but never under 60 or over 80. Just recently I had the factor wheels with used tires put on, and as soon as I did that now the noise starts at 20mph. I first thought oh It must be these tires. I had them rotated and the noise was still coming from the front just like before. Now also I have noticed the noise gets louder when I turn left, and goes away when I turn right

Here is a vid
Any thoughts

Start by checking your right wheel hub.

Well I will just replace the hub then. If your suggesting the right front. as I need a right front wheel speed sensor anyways an it'* one unit

I was wondering if that could be it

The front hub tends to make more noise when the car is turning forcing more weight on that hub.
