Are you replacing the lock cylinder or the ignition switch itself?

So, you need to replace the part that the key goes into?

Do you have floor shift or is your shifter on the column?

I hope you have tools, cause I think you might have to drill out 2 rivets to remove it. I gotta run out to the garage and get the 95 service manual.

This is going to involve removing the airbag, the steering wheel(which will need a steering wheel puller).
Theres like 3 pages of things you have to do just to remove it. Oh, I was wrong, its only 1 screw that holds the switch on. Also, you will have to do some wire diggin. The lock cyclinder has 2 wires(VATS) that go into the steering column down under the dash. You would have to disconnect those 2 wires, and when you pull the switch out, those wires would have to come all the way out.
