2000 bonne fuel tank wont fill
 

i have removed the fuel filler hose. even sticking the gas pump directly into the tank by jacking the car up, it will only take about 10$ and then just clicks and clicks. dealer says it's a venting issue? i ripped the vent hoses off and it still won't vent. help!
