One of our smarter memebrs managed to figure out the wiring to patch in a HUD. Don't remember who, though. They do sell aftermarket models, though.
No idea on the Stabilitrak. But, depending on what level you have, you can grab parts from an SSEi as replacements.

jmp, it would be nice to know what year and model you have. Without that, we don't have alot to tell you.
3 members here have done a HUD install on non-HUD equipped Bonnevilles. I'm about to do one of my cars as well. Frustrating driving one with and one without it.
