Not the hovering that its doing now, so that may very well be it. Going to discuss with Scott tomorrow and see what he says...

I say that because with longer rockers they open farther (right), so you'll need to bring them back quicker (IE new springs). Bet that's your problem.

That is basically valve float if that is what is occuring. It appears to me that that is not the case, but it could be.

Torque management??
Knock retard??
Did you spin your tires for more than a few seconds? There is a time delay when detected and then the PCM pulls timing in a major way.
Mine did that when I first installed the 3.4" pulley. I did a major launch with lots of tire spinning. When the speed got up to about 90 mph, I got the same speed stalling stuttering...like a limiter kicked in.

No, I never spun the tires, I started out at about 15-20mph then slowlly accelerated to about 40 and laid into it just to avoid the pcm pulling timing. I talked to Scott a little about it tonight and he thinks it is just the stock agressive pcm pulling timing. We are going to put in colder plugs on Thursday after the dyno to see if it gets rid of it and then also put the 3.2 pulley on. Next on the list is a PCM burn to get rid of this crap KR and limiter and shift points etc...400.00 bucks...have to wait until Feb I think...

You know, now that I think about this some....we did have the battery unplugged long enough to reset the pcm....they always say the car could act sputtery while its learning new stuff so maybe the car is just learning. I'll try to autotap it again later this week and see what happens...

Having a PCM that was just reset could easily cause the problems you were having. I am still betting it is the crappy over aggressive stock PCM programming though.

Let me know what it feels like at 154

I'm not sure about the PCM, but I don't know the Series 2 that well. My PCM being in reset, even without the Jet module, would never do that. I pulled a 137 within 10 miles of installing the Jet the first time (under 15 minutes of install).
