Okay, lets start from the top and work our way in
Firstly, You can expect exhaust manifolds to run you about 200 bucks. Travis at www.hulkspeed.com is working on Series 1 prototypes for my car (a 95 SSEi). Once he gets the prototype ready, he'll be prepared to sell them.
That being said, there are others here who have done it themselves.
Exhaust manifold thread here.
As for throttle bodies, again the same genius here (hehe) has switched from a Gen 2 (92/93) to a Gen 3 (94/95) Supercharger and throttle body. Those have a wider inlet among other improvements. This switch isn't for the faint of heart though. Willwren'* super experienced with this stuff, plus he has a spare car to drive while he'* busy experimenting with his 93.
Supercharger Stuff here.
Regarding chip: Jet chip (http://www.jetchip.com/) sells a chip that a number of 1993 owners use on the club.
There'* A LOT more to this whole thing and you really need to wait on the more experienced 1993 owners to speak up, but I hope that reading gets you moving in the right direction.

You can put a 94/95 TB onto a 92/93 SC, but you'll need a custom gasket (may have leaks), and a huge restriction as soon as you hit the SC, for minimum gains if any. In order to get it to work half-assed, you'll need to heavily modify your SC inlet into a venturi shape, and then there'* no going back.
Now we hit MAF sensor problems. The short story is there'* alot more to this, and doing only part of the change isn't really going to do much but give you headaches. There are no larger throttle bodies available for the 92-95 stock Throttle bodied cars because the diameter is determined by the supercharger inlet diameter.

I am taking Series I and Series II manifolds in Monday for stock, ported, and ported/ceramic coated flow tests.
I am also going to get some scans done today hopefully on my 1995 SLE SC to get a base scan and then a post ported/coated mani'* scan to see how much they've helped.
I'll have the results up sometime next week, at which point I will start selling ported mani'*, Series I, Series II (C, H, and W body), and hopefully I can get some Series III mani'* as well for the same.
Pricing will be WAY below Hulkspeed, and quality WILL be on the same page as HulkSpeeds.

Not too familiar with the process of flow testing, myself, but the shop has been doing these for 15+ yrs, and they have a fairly large customer base in the Cobra Kit car, Corvette, and Mustang markets.
I just met up with Nate and Seth today for a set of Series I and Series II H-body mani'*, so those'll be flow tested this week -that Series II front Manifold has some serious porting in it'* future.... I've never seen anything so ugly.
