What is needed to upgrade 4T65E to HD differential?

Forgive me if these answers are already on the forum, but my search didn't satisfy me...

What all parts would be needed to upgrade a 4T65E to the 4T65E-HD differential?

(Taking about the 1998 LeSabre)

I'm thinking HD diffy, HD diffy casing, and probably a passenger's side halfaxle from a 4T65E-HD...anything else?

What about final drive ratio...I have 3.05 now; isn't that in the differential? I imagine that would change?

(I have a PowrTuner, so I suppose I could reprogram for any changes in the reluctor and or final drive ratio...correct me if I'm wrong)

What should I expect to pay for these parts?

Add to that the sun gear and you should be ok.

Would I need the HD output shaft?
Would the output shaft on my current trans even mesh with the needed sun gear?

You need the output shaft in addition to all the other parts listed above.
