Case Relearn

Is there anyone in the Chicago area who has the scan or tuning tool necessary to do a case relearn on a 2003 GTP PCM with an L67? I'm finding the only way to get it done is through a dealer and I'm not about to spend $120 just to have them hook up a Tech 2 for 5 minutes.
