TPS Sensor Adjustment Mod

does it do anything noticable?

It wont make you car any faster, just make you accelerate faster with less pressure on the pedal, if that makes sense.

A resistor will do the same. It's called a "TPS Enhancer" and makes the PCM think you've pressed the pedal harder than you think. My Jet Stage 2 does this among other things.

Tuning the tps is pausible, I have not done mine but have a link to a good set of instructions.
check here http://www.geocities.com/carnutguy/c...hancement.html

Chime in if you go ahead with the tune, looks easy enough and may add a bit of pep while taking care of un-wanted kr?

If you want to increase throttle response, upgrade your PCM or buy other mods. The TPSE is an electronic gimmick not worth the money in our view.

i dont plan on buying anything, I read a guide that said you use a voltmeter to adjust it or something. I was wondering if it was worth the effort.
