timing vs kr

just normaal driving im seeing about 26 degree of timing if i step on it it drops to about 14* of timing. What i would like to know is is their relationship between this and kr because the scanner i have does no read kr unless i just havent found it yet or dont have the right software.

The timing tables have many parameters.

Put RPM down the left side and cylinder air mass across the top.

The lower the rpm and less cylinder air mass..the more timing w/o knock, therefore more had been programmed. That is the area where you see 26 degrees. At WOT you are increasing the cylinder airmass as more air is pulled in and compressed, therefore to keep you knock free...less timing is programmed.
