The 14.7:1 is for economy and our engines only see this ratio at idle or very light throttle applications. It'* really a baseline ideal.

I see a very rich 11:1 at WOT

Most try to run around 12.5:1 at WOT

Oh, my bad. I didn't realize these older PCMs were to quick to jump to open loop. I'm used to tuning GM LS-series V8s and newer L67s mostly. Most of these PCMs really try to stay in closed loop as long as possible. My Grand Prix GXP (LS4) won't go into open loop until its been WOT for 4 seconds. The result is 70 unrealized HP for the first 4 seconds.

Actually I just read an article in High Performance Pontiac that stated the recommended A/F ratio at WOT should be 11.5 to 11.8

So I guess I'm not running that rich after all. :P

Now I just have to get my LTFT up from -7 ........
