Your easiest bet is to wait for the ZZP M90 conversion kit for Series II motors. It will provide everything needed to put an */C on that car.

You can put a supercharger from a series II 3800 onto an NA Series II 3800 however its quite a lot of work. You have to move over heads, lower intake, supercharger, the balancer and other bracketry as well as get GT-> GTP wiring kits (for map and boost bypass) and finally get PCM work done. Even if you get this done your still running on the weaker rods and using a non HD trans. ITs usually easier to just swap in an L67 and trans or sell your car and buy an SSEi (or GTP, or Regal GS, whatever).

It has a Series II motor, just a different trans. It should still work ... I think.

I'd be worried about PCM access.
