Stupid underdrive pulley question

Ok, planning to ad set of underdrive oulleys to my '99 SE. Did some reading, if I install pulley on water pump and Alternator (wich I want to) I need a bigger belt. Here's the stupid question, how do I figure out what size belt I need?
