Default DP for the Bonnie

Any thoughts on how much a down pipe would help the performance of a Bonnie. We don't have the same issues as the GP with the U-bend so I am pondering the increase in a cost/benifit analysis for a DP.

409 Stainless Steel $ 139.95

This downpipe was developed to increase exhaust flow in the most restrictive area of the exhaust on the 97-03 Bonneville with a 3.8 SC and 3800 NA engine.

This pipe was installed on one of our clients cars recently. Dyno pulls were performed before and after the install with a 10-11 H.P. increase. The Dyno Sheet shows 2 pulls blue and red before and 2 pulls green and purple after.

Key Benefits
409 Stainless Steel mandrel bent tubing
Stainless steel flex coupler
Custom Cut 3/8 inch thick steel flanges
True bolt on with simple hand tools

I'm kind of confused... I thought you'd be putting down a lot more power at the wheels than that (243). :? Isn't 190-5 stock?

IIRC, those pulls were taken a few mods back. Early last year I believe.

Those #'* are about what I'd like to see with my car as it will be next weekend.
