OK im not sure if there is a name or term for these but what do you guys think about adding turning lights to the side of the car when the signals come on. I have seen them on cadillacs, anyone know what im talking about?

Funny....the older generation, 87-91 had them. They stopped using them in 92. It probably wouldn't be too hard to do it, but you'd need a donor car with the right sized lights.

Not really what we're talking about. We're talking about the clear lights that turn on to illuminate the road to the side you're turning to.

ahhh yes!

My maxima had them too.
they were next to the headlights over the turn signal bulb in the same housing.
It lit up the area you were turning into

I looked at my bonne'* front turn signals and there isent any thing there.
just empty space over the flasher bulb.

Im wonderin if you couldent custom fit one there.
What do you guys think.

do you think the lack of reflective direction on the uper portion of turn signal wouldent work well ?

My 76 Grand Prix had them. I think it was a required navigational aid. Every now and then, the lookouts in the bow would comment on how helpful they were. Of course, with a hood that long, by the time the light reached your eyes, the front of the car was already through the turn...
