V-8 TB and such working on 3800?
When I was first looking for mod stuff for my L67, I ran a across a web site, can t remeber what but will post it up when I find it again, that was selling LS1 and newer style V-8 parts that were pigtailed to work with V-6s. Will a TB and MAF and all that from a camaro/trans am/vette work on the 3800? WHen I find the site I will deff post it up.

It will work but the gains you will see from it right now will be minimal. A different MAF would also require you to have a new pcm to interrupt the different readings from then sensor. (you need to start flowing much more air before a larger bore throttle body is needed)
For first mods I would recommend freeing up your intake before anything, installing a 180 degree thermostat & changing to a 3.5" or 3.4" supercharger pulley (with 1 range colder plugs.)

Sounds like you are talking about either an LS1 TB swap or a N* TB swap. Both will need adapter plates and then typically use an LQ4 MAF.
I am currently running the N* TB.. any questions just holler.

I am interested. I mean if a stock TB and MAF from V-8 will flow better than 3800 why not switch? Ive seen a lot of EFI parts at swap meets for cheap in the past few years. Ebay Im sure is ridden with em and If you are lucky enough to find and LS1 in the boneyard, you could have a nice (fairly) cheap performance upgrade, right? Thats hotrodding at it best. Computer mods at all? Where can I get these adapters, and is there a site that has some directions on how to do this? I plan on doing some exhaust upgrades before any of this for sure. Would this swap really only benifit me if I had a smaller SC pully?

While the larger TB is nice...I agree 100% with Ed. You won't see much improvement over that..or exhaust at this point.
Unless..you have dropped pulley sizes?
