Default 2000 bonneville SE.

now i know that it is possible to increase the performance of my car. i'm just looking for a lil help with my project car.

OK this is what i have so far: Jetchip, Weapon R intake, MIMO Air Intake - Electric Supercharger(it was free ), drilled & slotted brake disc w/ pads,

This is what i'm getting: Other Guys Exhaust Headers w/ downpipe, X-P hot cam from ZZ perfromancen ( not sure about that one thou), supercarger to come later (much much much later)

is there anything else i should get? i would apperciate the ideas and help...........oh and does anybody know how to get rid of the air ride system. so i can lower my car without having to get airbags(if that is even possible)

Well, first of all, take the electric supercharger off and smash it in the road. It does not work and restricts air flow more that it helps.

Please read this post - http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...ic.php?t=29283

And.... Welcome!

I'd like more information on your chip, and you can also ditch the Weapon-R intake. It'* no better than the electric supercharger, which your engine naturally out-flows at anything above idle, making it a restriction to flow and a big hurt on performance.

From Weapon'* own website:
This technology increases air volume and speed to the engine, which naturally feeds the engine 3x more air than the conventional air intake system.
If you believe that, I've got a warp drive to sell you.

I call the warp drive first.

Good to see that you have already been bitten by the Bonneville bug. There is a lot of good information on this site to help you improve performance. Read the information here in "Performance" and in "Techinfo".

I see some have already jumped in to give you suggestions and they really are here to help you.

We were all new to performance for these cars at one point and there is a lot to learn.

The Other Guys Headers are no longer in business, I believe, so unless you are getting them used, you may want to choose another brand, although headers may not help you right away without some of the other internal engine work you mentioned.

really! ok the electric supercharge is gone. as for the headers ZZP has them. at least thats what they say. and the reason i'm getting a new intake is because the previous owner of my car decided to put one of those cheap e-bay intakes on there but didn't bother to keep the stock intake. so i really don't have a choice on the matter. i've looked for a replacement but with no luck (i guess i should have found this site first. my bad )

as for the jetchip:
Jet Performance Chips Power Control Module (PCM) +12-15 hp gain.don't know what else to put

oh and i am also think about getting a preprogrammed pcm from zzperformace to replace my stock one. but you probably knew that already (good idea or bad idea?)

PCM stands for Powertrain control module. ZZP doesn't sell Bonneville PCM'* as I recall, but www.intense-racing.com does.

No, all the 3800 vendors have strengths and weaknesses. I recommend you shop all the sites and get information befeore making a decision on what and whose products to buy.

If you REALLY want to add power to your SE, buy a turbo, then a trans.

INTENSE specializes in Bonneville PCM'*. MOST hardware at ZZP will work for your engine. Just as at INTENSE.
