Default cylinder heads

I saw these heads on eBay. Is it possible for me to take the springs and rockers off of it and put them on mine, or would that not even be worth my time?

Your rocker studs are the wrong size, and the valve sequence is off between yours and that. Even Series 1 heads won't work on your car, much less Series 2.
