Orange air filter
I was going to replace my air fitler with a K&N and found that there is an orange wire mesh filter already there. I don't believe its a K&N because it is oil free, although, it is very similar. I have bought a "rip-off" filter from Ebay before but this one is alot better in quality, but I don't know what it is. Anyone have any ideas? The only number on it is "800"
Thanks!
Thanks!

Fram filter maybe; I know their stuff is often orange.
And by wire mesh you mean a wire screen across the back of the paper correct? If it is just wire mesh you need a real filter.

Mesh over....looks like cotton...certainly not paper though. I thought Fram used oil in there Air Hogs. This one doesn't look like its ever had oil to it.

Can't be a standard Fram, lol, they're white with an orange frame, so they're ruled out.
But Airghogs... the Airhogs are constructed almost identically as a K&N. I'd much rather trust the K&N over the Fram though, I have more faith in them.
This is the Airhog for a Bonnie, hope this helps some...

Blonde question... but can you just use a K&N kit to clean an Airhog?
I know Airhog kits aren't exactly easy to find just anywhere...
