I've seen a few car and trucks with them, What'* the benefit?

I haven't seen any pics here recently of them, They're just custom A-Arms, that'* what they look like... Umm... 2" square steel welded to hit the factory mount points i guess...

Ever lifted a factory A-arm? ****'* are HEAVY!! Cusotm ones are usually quite a bit lighter.
