Default Possible suspension upgrade'*?

My bonnie rides nice right now, but it could be better of course.
So I was wondering other than doing a factory upgrade with the sse springs and stuff,
what else could I do to pep up the handling?
Is it possible to use suspension parts for later years like 92-99 or 00-05?

On your 90, it'* very likely the 92-99 front sway will bolt right up. Not sure about the back. Other than that.. I can't think of much that can be swapped or even to swap if parts were available.

I know I took my STB off a 92- something SSE. So the sway bars wouldent fit? I know theres a olds 88 at my junkyard that has FE3 suspension, I took the badge off it incase i dicided to use it lol

Strut tower bars will also immensely improve handling, especially in conjunction with anti-sway bars. You can usually make these yourself. Most people have noticed a very big difference after installing one in the rear, which as I understand these cars don't come with.

I want to put a rear STB in this car very bad but wouldent know how to go about doing it,
I noticed a big diff with the one in the front so I can only imagine how much one in the rear would help

Size: 179.5 KB In case anyone comes back here. The front and rear sway bars will fit. The threaded holes are even there for rhe screws. The sprigs will interchange . You have to change the entire front strut though. I recently put SSEI frt struts and sway bars. I have the rear springs but they look exactly the same. The fronts made a big diff in ride quality. Firmer nicer ride than before. Used new stock rubber bushings. Thinking i should have pulled the rear air ride at the u-pull. Maybe i will. The front did come up a little and the Eighty Eight sits level now.

PURPLEXJ, I fixed your image code so it would show. You must use the Photobucket tags that start with for them to show on the Forum.
