I see some GP guys running 3.25 pulleys with only minimal mods. Would it be suitable with rockers and a CAI?

Ive read about a few people having to work with 1 to 2 step colder plugs to help reduce KR with the 3.25 with only minimal mods.A 3.4 will be fine at first,The smaller the pulley you go ,the more you have to work to keep KR down .

If you do the cam swap yourself it'll be cheaper.

I'm not worrying about the installation costs. My dad is an ASE Cert. Mechanic. I will save a LOT of money this way.

Hmm....I'm not sure but I'd think you're going to want heavier springs too. With the valves being opened that far it'll just take that much more time for it to close again. I dunno if anyone else with 1.9 rockers is seeing much valve float at the high end..?

I have high-end float with stock rockers already. I think that'* a good idea.

I see Intense sells Comp Cams Valvesprings and and Valvespring retainers to go with it. A bit extra money, but that should do it. Right?

Maybe if you wanted the rockers, you could get a custom cam designed for them from say comp cams? I think Dr. Jay had a custom one for his 92 built. If you're doing valvetrain mods definetly get the stiffer springs.

I think I'll stay away from the cam. It'll be too much starting out. I wanna stay under $1000 as a start. With that, I will get a CAI, Rockers w/ springs, Modular Pulley System, Plugs, Thermo, and Trans Cooler.
