regal L67 swap into 97 se, any tricks?

Default regal L67 swap into 97 se, any tricks?

i think im going to scrap the zzp */c kit and swap in a L67. too many concerns. i have a friend that can get me a 2000 regal l67. is there anything special that i need to know? or is it a pretty easy swap?

you might have some problems, your car has the 4t60e transmission and the regal will have the 4t65 transmission.. the biggest obstacle there would be the PCM.. also the motor mounts are different, but should still be a pretty direct swap.

Just curious, but is there a kit you can buy to beef up your current tranny for more power? You think that would be less money to do instead of a whole new tranny and labor? :?:

regals use 2 front dogdone mounts...

we have a side dogbone mount...

i would assume that u need to get the bonnie mounts...but dont quote me...

this is from just visually looking at my buds GSE
