That's the best option for you, but ONLY if you fab a custom heatshield. If you don't do the shield, put a drop-in K&N in there and move on to the hi-flow cat.

If you are looking not to order a filter, go to Advance Auto, and go to the section where the ricer intakes are. They should have a universal K&N cone filter there. I bought mine there for $39.99 and the part number is RE-0930.

Just need to order the filter at AutoZone (special order it go figure) and grab the intake. I will be using my windshield sun deflector to use a ghetto heatshield until I can make/get a real one done. Then Just need to get some Foil tape and I have a day project.
