K & N plus Rice Pipe
Ok, i am starting to convince my dad to let me get the CAI and put it on my bonne. Your prob. wondering why i cant just buy it and put it on. this is because he (dad) owns it. if i got it, how much of a torque, hp, and MPG gain am i looking at? also, where should i go next if i get this? (in peformace parts)
Thanks,
Andrew

there is a slight HP gain, but the gas milage is what sold me. I have to drive from PA to NC its a 500+ mile trip. I made the trip on a stock air box and a rice pipe. I got 25 MPG on the stock air box and i got 38 MPG on the rice pipe
I should also add that I have everything that i need for college in the car when i make the trip

I've gotten the best milage on the freeway doing 70-73 in cruise, with the rice pipe, K&N and premium gas. I only run premium on big trips though, where i'll be on the freeway as long as a tank or more.
As for increases i've seen 40 MPG in perfect conditions. Smellbird did as well. N/A will see a nice gain, as they aren't pulling the air like an SC, and need all the help they can get.
I Paid for my pipe on the first drive with it. I installed it 5 minutes before we left for Canada last march. I figured i saved $50 on that trip alone, if not more.

Get a pipe at Autozone, Pep Boys, etc. Sticky tells all and knows all. I noticed a decent mileage in gas and like a 'second wind' cruising on the highway, but only after the exhaust was worked on.
