Newbie here, G.P vs Bonne
ok so the wife and i just bought an 04 bonne sle, love the car so far with the exception of one thing...
hands down i love the handling characteristic of my wifes grand prix over the bonneville. the G.P corners on rails while the bonne corneres like a fat cow. I realize that its larger and more of a luxury car but i dont think it something i can get use to.
So my mission is to make my bonne corner like the grand prix.. wondering if any suggestions or if anyone had performance numbers to work off of to try to get the bonne dialed in...
I will get pics up asap, thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Quickest and easiest thing is upgrade the endlinks. From there maybe get the sway bars from an 03 SSEi or a GXP. Those two things should help tremendously.

REALLY hard to do if comparing it to the 04'and up GP'*. Problem is the weight!! Newer GP'* have an aluminum cradle frame that really makes a big difference. Im sure you can upgrade to help stabilize roll using different struts, springs and sway bar w/poly links. Obviously stepping up to plus 1 or 2 rim/tire size will propagate handling. Losing some of the vehicle weight might help too.

on the Bonneville underneath or on top of the plastic of the spare tire cover there is a list of the RPO codes you will find all the options of the car
on the GP its on the bottom of the trunk lid..
both will be on a White sticker with the VIN and the Text "Regular Production Options"

uploaded some pictures in my album need to get a signature still,
my goal is to get the gxp look without the gxp cost of gas. im thinking about swapping out all the badges and adding, the bonneville on the rear trunk lid but instead of the v8 on the right putting a v6... lil shout out to the 3800!
but first thing it making it corner better... should i upgrade to the fe2 or fe5? like to hear everyones thoughts...

the FE2 will make it feel alot bettter, that i can tell you. The difference between the FE1 and the FE2 is huge. Also you have a very slim chance of finding the FE5, i looked for almost a year before i found my FE5 setup
