how do i get rid of the KR?
Like many of you probly saw in the track and road section i did a new PB of 14.15@99mph with the mods in my sig. well when we left me and my dad went to his shop and i hooked up the scan tool to it and did a few WOT runs up and down the street. well in the mid RPM i had 1 degree of KR and after about 4500-5000rpm it showed 2 degrees untill 6000. then when it shifted it hit 3 and went back to 2 and stayed there. my ignition timing was 11-12 degrees and stayed steady at 12.5 with WOT and touched 13 degrees for a split sec then went back down to 12.5 and stayed steady. i dont know much about this stuff yet and would like to know wut exactly it is telling me with those readings. and what i can do to get rid of the KR. with my mods i should be in high 13'* but i guess the computer wont let me. Thanx in advance for the input.

The KR you are getting is showing up as it should in your timing. WOT timing is around 15 degrees on my 97, might be a degree or two different than yours. Take 15 degrees of timing. subtract the 2-3 KR and you get about 12ish.
Now.. what is causing your KR. What temperature/humidity levels were present? Was the motor overly heatsoaked?
We had one person say they had gotten KR from a JMB intake that was rattling or hitting body panels. Make sure yours is properly mounted and not able to rub when torque is applied to the motor.

Get yourself a can of Torco fuel concentrate or some 100 octane and see if it goes away. If it does then you know.
Don't buy a whipple. Worthless for what you have. Go IC and that will definately help KR. Some engines just have KR. Mine is a good example. I fight it every day.
Also, I see your 60' time was 2.138ish. Every .1 sec in 60' is .2 sec in E/T. Get yourself some good launches and you will hit 13.xx easily.
