Is it possible.... *UPDATE* (reply #16)
... to put a 93 SSEi PCM in a 92 SSEi in order to be able to Jet chip the car, if not what are the differences in the two cars that make it so they are not interchangable? and could those different parts be swaped into the 92 to make it possible?
Has anyone tryed this???

Just a PCM swap won't work. It will not fire. Thoughts are, because the crank sensor and harmonic balancer are different, the PCM doesn't know where the engine is at in its rotation. I compared PCM wiring diagrams, and found no differences that would keep it from running, so it'* gotta be a component that the PCM depends on. We know ICM'* are universal, so that won't be a problem, injectors, FPR, coils, cam sensor, O2 sensor, MAF, IAT... all the same.
