Thinking about this upgrade...
...and I don't think anyone is running this yet.
It'* the Intense Hotwires kit to rewire the fuel pump. Has anyone tried it, and is there even a need for it?

I don't know if anyone is using that, possibly Bill Boost. I know I will be using the hot wire kit soon. But you really only need it when you start using a Walbro pump which needs a slightly higher voltage to operate to its maximum capacity.

I do plan on running a Walbro in the future, and I think this kit would be a great benefit. I really need to do a voltage drop test just to see how much loss there really is. If the drop is significant enough, it very well could benefit stock pumps too.

You don't need it on a Series 1. The stock S1 L67 pump will support 400hp. The stock S2 L67 pump actually flows less, which is why they like that kit. The Walbro is no advantage over a stock L67 pump.
I've run my Walbro with the FPR at 4bar all summer now with no issues whatsoever. A stock pump (in good condition) will do the same.
