I believe it does, but you do get what you pay for. Some like them, others hate them. TOGs are a much better choice.

Some are good, some are really bad, depends on who made them I guess. I watch for used ones at ZZ performance. Got my TOGs for $375

There'* been a lot of talk about loosing low end torque. In my opinion no, your not going to loose it. What happens is you get more torque over all, you just get more on the high end and less on the low. Besides, traction is always a problem with these cars so it'* better to get more on the top end. I have seen several for sale at clubGP. TOGs and SLP will be the best. The problem with pacesetters is one set is good, and another is junk. Some fit while others have warped flanges. I've seen pictures of soem where you can see light threw the welds. It seems like it depends on how good of a welder made them. They also tend to leak at the crossover pipe because one pipe is insterted in to another and a clamp seals them. Some members have this point welded. I can't say don't get them, but I will say, be ready for fixing them before they ever go on the car.

i wouldnt even touch the pacesetters, first because they have a track record for leakin at the y in the back where the front and rear headers collect together, second they are made out of plain steel and even with the coated ones they will eventually rust. i dont have a huge budget either but i found a set thats a good compromise between quality and price. i plan on buying a set this year sometime for my regal gs. heres a link...Pontiac Performance Racing Products for International Sales from SSAutochrome Inc.

or you might find a good deal on a used set of togs, slp, or zzp headers like danthurs said
