1995 pontiac bonneville SE series II not performing right?
I tested my 0-60 time in my bonnie and its suppost to be like 7.1 secs but its more like high 8'* it has 133k miles and the engine was rebuilt at 89k miles so the engine has low miles I should be faster right? Also I think my spark plugs may be cracked when I rev my engine I see a glow in where the plugs are at like they are grounding off on the engine I have no clue why sometimes its worse than other times but it runs smooth a slight shake u can feel at idle but it dont ground off untill u rev it up.

quite frankly i couldnt tell you if the time is off or not, but i can tell you that that glowing really isnt right. also, are you sure that the 7.1 0-60 isnt for the supercharged engine?

That listing for 7.1 seconds for your car was probably from IDEAL track conditions with an expert driver. Very optomistic.
How old are your plugs? Maybe you should pull and inspect them.

The SC SLE with a good driver could pull off 7'* .... The L36 doesn't have the guts low low down like the L67'* for the 95 model year... But the L36 will run to red before it shifts...
Sounds like you SE is dead on the money...
