Default Adjustable Fuel Pres. Regulator for L36

With the modifications that I have listed in my sig, would an adjustable fuel pressure regualtor benefit me any? The stock pressure is what, 45-47psi? If I raise it to 50psi would I see any gain? Or would I do more harm than good? I was looking at tis one from summit. http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

Sorry man that is for a Ford. As far as I know there isn't anyone who makes them for our years. I may be wrong but I am pretty sure you would have to make something custom.

Im sure that I could make one work. Wouldn't be the first custom fabbed piece for this motor. But I dont want to go through the trouble if its not worth it.

You could benefit but it would be tough to tell without a scan.

I have been running with one for quite a few years with good results at about 4-6 psi above stock. I run rich but a least it'* safer than lean.

I have access to a Snap-on Solas at work so I would be able to monitor the A/F ratio. I may have to try this.

Monitoring narrow-band AFR will tell you nothing. And it takes MAJOR mods to outflow your stock fueling and injectors.

SilverBullet and I both run asjustable FPR'*, but our 'applications' are a bit unique. We're flowing tons more through the engine.

Dude, looking at your mods, you can't possibly be outflowing your stock injectors, which would be the only logical reason you'd want to do this. Many L36'* have been modded further and still ran fine on stock injectors.

Mucking with fuel pressure is another variable your PCM and sensors have to overcome. I'd suggest staying away from an AFPR until you know for a fact that your injectors are going static before WOT.
