I have my car setup with an SS M90 kit for those that don't know and for fuel rails I'm using a set from and L36 that has the crossover piece cut out and a flexible rubber line installed so that they can reach over the blower

heres what I don't like about them:
they are mounted backwards (the regulator is near the EGR)
the flexible rubber line is shotty at best
and since I had to stretch the return connector from the back of the rails to what is now on the front it likes to leak gas onto the hot LIM

can I make some small modifications to a set of L67 rails? the only issue is that the injectors are inserterd into the LIM, not the heads like an L67

and I will probably need to change the flexible lines from the hard fuel pipe to the rails which isn't too big a deal if I will not be leaking gas and smelling up my interior

I'm running the same kit but use injector spacers with stock fuel rails. Have you looked in to those?

the ones that ZZP sells? that would make things easier, you are using L36 fuel rails?

Now I need to get that connector to stop leaking, the return connector leaks on the rail and I know its the connector beacuse it did it on my old rails, rockauto has the part, do you know how to replace it?

No, I use the stock l67 rails. The spacers just lift the rail up a inch to clean the supercharger with the SSIC plate under it. The only problem I had was the fuel rail hits the alternator.

I do not know how to fix the leak your talking about, sorry. But I would suggest you get that fixed right away. That'* a fire waiting to happen.

oh ok, I asked ZZP if they will work with L36 rails, yah its a pain, RTV just was a temporary fix but I will look through the FSMs it has to be in there somewhere

LOL, reading this I completely understand why there'* confusion.

Dan is talking about the Short Stack intercooler aka SS and you have an SSM90 kit. Both from ZZP and totally different items.

I've fought the leak you mention. It happens when there'* any pressure on the fuel line where it is pulled over the SC.

My recommendation would be to change your fuel lines to braided lines with new connectors. That way you can route them to your liking.
