Potential brake upgrade
Have any of your guys did the front F-body caliper brake upgrade like some W body guys have? I've seen some posts about it but hasn't been mentioned here. I'm planning on doing it with my E body
BTW, you can use C5 Z06 calipers with the F body brackets

I went from my stock E body brakes (11'' front, 10'' rear) to '97 Aurora calipers, pads, and rotors (12'' front, single piston, shared with most all FWD GM cars including the Bonne and W bodies, 11'' rear) and it made a world of difference. The F body fronts with 2 pistons would have to be much better still. Z06 calipers would be insane

If I was sure that F-body or Vette calipers would fit my wheels Id look into this. Buuuut Im pretty sure they wont, because the stock ones just barely fit now.

Hmm, yeah. I know with my Aurora upgrade, you needed at least 16'' because the stock 15'' wheels would not clear the front calipers. Only '91 Reattas (and the 1 of 65 Select 60 drop top), which are rare at any rate, have factory 16''*, and they barely clear the caliper. I'm using 17''* from a '99-2004 Mustang GT, so there'* plenty of room
