MMM INTENSE PCM on the way :D

Time to get rid of these 5400rpm shifts with a cam, headers, and 3.25 pulley :) Add a little timing, get rid of torque management, gain some rpm, and quicken up them shifts.

I'll be in the 13's this month. How far is yet to be seen ;)

I'll be scanning this thing and running it through it's paces as much as possible. I'll be sure to report scans. :)

PB: 14.22@98mph, 2.12 60' Mods: 3.25 and VS Camshaft.

Recent run: 14.27@99mph after adding headers. 1/8th mile trap was much higher, had knock at the top. Got rid of that, and now adding the pcm.. should be interesting :D

wow, three mods and you will be in the 13's. Awesome. Plan on giving Rogue a run for his money?

Sweet. I got one on the way too. 8)

I'm doing my best to give Rouge a run ;) I had him at IDD by .2, he is now .17 infront of me. I know he found some KR relief so that will help.

As far as I am aware, there is only one 2000+ SSEi to have made it into the 13's, and that's the badssei now in the 11's. I have made a few SSEi's quite fast with cam installs recently, I know they can compete potentially but until a slip is shown, nobody knows ;)

I hope to be the second into the 13's. For some reason, these 2K+'s are hard to get moving.. many factors, large rims, heavy breaks, aluminum parts, crazy weigh transfer, etc. I wanted 13's on the stock PCM.. and I think I could, but why not hae some more help.

As a testiment to how hard it is to move these cars, I belive Rouge dyno'd 250+HP at the wheels.. a stock GTP puts down about 195-200hp at the wheels.. and MANY have run near 13's stock.

If I am not the second I will be the third, I think it's simply a matter of who hits the track next first. ;) After these mods however, I am done... maybe a 3.0 pulley, but to go further costs too much money. :) The PCM just puts me over the $1,000 mark.

Rogue dyno'd 400 lb/ft crank, dunno what that comes to.

Don't forget whisky98, he's got a cam/headers/the works too.

as well as that foghorn guy...

257 fwhp before the cam. Dynoing Saturday to see what the cam difference is. My problem isnt the power, its the launch. I think you were running slicks at IDD right? If I can get a < 2 60' its easy in the 13's. I'm guessing at 270 fwhp with the cam (im going to lose some hp because the rockers went down to 1.6 from 1.9) but the powerband should be lower as well. Thinking of going to a local strip thursday night so I will get a chance to test it then.

Your going to love the PCM, make sure you get a CASE done and get the security instructions from online.

I was hoping for 13's myself but guessing I'll be just shy since Todd's old mod list is basicly what I have now, 14.2 range. Oh well, I do think I'll slap an IC and ported blower on next spring, that should get me there, but untill than it's all you guys in the 13's.

It is weird how much slower an ssei is to a GTP with same mods, they can get 13's easily with minimal mods. I do think our problem is traction, Even with my LSD, I can't hook up for squat on the stock RSA's I should invest in some new stickies, otherhand I've been keeping an eye out for a set of DOT slicks and rims.

Oh caminated2k, enjoy the new pcm, I know I like mine. I'm nicking to go for a ride in a cammed +00, hey Todd what about B-fest?

Aren't the GP Torque Converters different? Their slightly lighter (then the 00+ atleast) and their pcms aren't as restrictive (again as atleast the 00+s)
