Magnaflow 91406

I ordered a Magnaflow 94106 highflow cat for my 1994 SSEi. Will I have any problems with this as far as fit or setting off any SES lights?

Nope.

There's no possible way that I know of that you could pop off an SES with a muffler....

Doesn't he need the 94006 as he has no O2 sensor behind the cat?

Ideally he doesn't need anything with an O2 boss in it. He should be able to cut the stock cat out ahead of the rear O2 and weld in the new cat without needing to do change anything with the O2 configuration.

Laydbaak, if you can cancel the order and have a different one shipped, get one that doesn't have an O2 boss.

Part has been shipped. Will the fact that I have no rear O2 sensor cause this cat to set off an SES?

This is for the 1994 SSEi in your sig right?

If so you do not have a rear O2..

Correct I have no rear sensor. So I should not have a problem, correct?

big_news_1 04-11-2006 09:49 PM

Ok.... I was confused. I thought a 94106 had a single O2 boss in it. Since it does not, you're golden. Even if you had a rear O2 sensor you wouldn't necessarily need a cat with an O2 boss.

Long story short.... It looks like you ordered the right part ;)

Nope!
your good to go.
