Wondering what Cat would be best for me...
I have recently installed the Dynomax Super Turbo muffler with dual exhaust outlets and it'* amazing, the sound, everything...perfect.
What I want to do now is replace the catalytic converter in hopes to have a little better flow and get the volume on the exhaust up a bit (I'm also thinking of removing the resonator when I replace the cat)
Here'* the cat I was looking at, if I'm not mistaken, I have 2.25" exhaust piping so this SHOULD work, I'm just wondering if it'* sufficent for emissions and such, and if it'll provide better flow...

Measure your cat inlet and outlet, buy the high-flow cat of your choice for the best price. Most here go with Magnaflow. I'm not familiar with anyone buying that one.

I often see the Magnaflow hi flo 94106 being used the most often. That will be what I'm getting when the time comes.

Will do
Just so you guys know I recently put on a Dynomax Super Turbo Muffler and went dual out-exhaust with 2.5" to 3" tips, sounds great. Hoping this change of cat and removing the resonator will boost the volume a little?

Don't remove the resonator. You probably won't like the result. My 93 didn't have one from the factory. I ADDED one to tone it down after the Maggy cat and muffler.

Oh, too loud or raspy? What would you describe it as?
And also Wren, if I change over the cat to the magnaflow (right now it'* stock)..how'* it going to sound in comparison in your opinion?

The cat is about 10-15 percent of the overall sound after adding a performance muffler. It makes it deeper, throatier, and mellower at the same time. Kinda like a mildly tamed V8 with a performance cam. That'* what it sounds like.
Take the res out and you get raspy poppy ricer-mating-calls.
