Just had my LIM off. Nice and clean for 115k.

Sludge has nothing to do with temps, and everything to do with regular oil changes.

The LIM doesn't get hot enough to hurt the oil. The heads run hotter. Hot LIM's cause poor performance though. Time to get back on topic.
