There are alot of things you need to consider before a pulley drop.

Read up here...it should have everything you need to know.

Bigger injectors? Why?

There'* no more power in bigger fuel injectors unless you're outflowing them to begin with, and you have a LONG way to go before then. Same goes for the fuel pump. It can support 400hp. What'* your fuel pressure?

How about you tell us what you want the car to do, and what your budget is. It'll give us something to work with.

Why do you want one? There'* fewer than a handful of cars here running one, considering they're only needed in extreme circumstances. An AFR gauge tapping off the OEM narrow band O2 will tell you nothing.

Well, I hate to burst your bubble, but your chances are slim at reaching 300hp (crank or wheel?). Unless you plan to spend $1500+ on it, and that price doesn't even include a mandatory trans rebuild with a shift kit and hard internal parts. Other than that, the trans will be toast, as it cannot handle gobs of low end power in stock form.

Also you need to start small, such as a full tune up, the car needs to be in perfect running condition before even considering mods. The exhaust manifolds on these are known to be some of the freest flowing manifolds GM ever made, but they do have a downfall, they like to crack due to age. These and many other things are what you have to start with before considering modifications.

dont quote me on this, but I dont think anyone has had a S1 hit the 300hp mark, your looking at HUGE $$$ to get anywhere near that!
