this was worth everybit of the 35 bucks i spent to do this mod the silver plate is the series one throttle blade the brass is s2

The inside of the bore doesn't appear very smooth ...is it?

And do you run a maf screen?

inside is butter smooth i took pics before i did the epoxy work to smoth top and bottom sections, I run a outboard MAF the delphi 85mm unit so thats why its gutted inside of the TB. If youre reffering to the measuring tape pic thats a junkyard ln3-series one throttlebody i was using that as a comparison to the size of the 99 l36 TB i used

Got it running yet? What translates that 85mm MAF?

Apexi SAFC is my MAF translator i keep it leaned out a little cause i do alot of highway driving everyday

How is the transition from the TB to Adapter? to UIM Did you make them all the same diamter to the open plenum?
Pics of that would probably help people out and make this mod more realistic.

no problem il l give eyou guys a step by step keep one thing in mind though this isnt a 20 minute job it took me about a day to get this done this is not a "direct bolt on"

i had to fab up a remote idle air control valve housing so i went to the junk yard and knocked one off a 91 camro with whatever size v6 it had i did a litlle magic and now everything is complete i am so pleased with the results ill post some video'* after i get my alignment cant really put any power down with the wheels being cockeyed...lol here are some more pics
