Default New Bonneville Owner

I am the proud new owner of a 1999 SE. I've already ordered a cold air intake, some blue glow fog lights.
What else can I do to make my SE a rocket sled? I love this car and this site (club) Is cool as %*#@!

Just about anything a Grand Prix can do, you can do better (isn't that a song?)

Check Techinfo. There'* a suggested first mods post, and lots of good ideas here. My personal suggestions:

Full tuneup including plugs/wires
180° Thermostat
Intake
Exhaust
Chip?
Then off to the valvetrain or cam.
Don't forget to upgrade your brakes.

I belive you on that -personally that is my 2nd favorite color on the 1992-1999'*, just after the copper which I'd kill to have either of my cars painted (hmm I was quoted $800 for a show quality paint job by my body repairman friend).
BTW, welcome to da club.

Default I like the Grand Prix but, it'* No Bonnevile!

4 Years ago I went to a dealership and saw a 1996 bonneville SSEI and a 1996 crown vic side by side. I liked both cars but, couldn't afford the Bonneville.I drove the crown vic home that day. It was a good car but I settled. I don't have a SSEI today but, The crown vic is gone and I've got the car I've been lusting over for years. Not a SSEI but, I'm very happy.
