Default 04 bonnie transaxle??

anyone know if my 2004 Bonneville se has a 4T65E-HD transaxle ? looking into a shift kit but want to make sure it'll fit....Thanks

you have the 4t65e, not the HD version, which is reserved for the supercharged models.

any of the Major vendors (Intense,ZZP, thrasher, W body store) that offer a shift kit will work with your car

I have the Intense one in my car, and love it. there are actually different settings based on the TC you have ( you have the 245mm) something i dont believe the other companies offer

right on thanks ...is it hard to install? or ishould i pay a mechanic to do so ? I know a little but am not that experienced ...

I will say it is pretty tricky if you have never done anything like that before. Even INTENSE'* instructions were not the greatest.

probably worth the $100+ in labour (if it only will take two hour that is )
