ok heres my problem. i've got a 92 bonneville ssei, i've had it for 4 years, i've got 197,000 miles on it. and i want to rebuild the motor. i can't find mods online for it anywhere! the only site i found was INTENSE-racing, but it seems they only work on the series II and III 3800. sooooooooo if anyone knows of what i could buy or use let me know!

hum... think my best bet would be just to buy a series II and an upgrade kit for it and throw it in there? don't see why it wouldn't work

well that would be a very extensive swap.

you would have to have the complete drivetrain from a series II complete with cv shafts hub asymblys motor wireing harness. yes it is do able but it would have to be custom fabed.

willwren has done quite alot to his series one. hes got torque on the low end that would blow your mind from what ive heard

You would need the transmission and PCM as well for the swap.

Why don't you tell us what you want your car to do/run/act like. Or what it is you don't like about it, and wish were different.

Then we can make some suggestions.

Knowing your budget would also help, and I'd like to know why your motor needs a rebuild.

well i just want it to go faster in general. my friend has a 89 mustang 5.0 and i beat him in a race and felt pretty good about it, i've also raced a bunch of other **** that was supposed to be fast. and i have people tell me all the time that they want to race me, and i just hate hearing it.

the motor doesn't NEED to be rebuilt, it runs great, i just want it to be like, fresh i guess. i like the newer bonnevilles but i prefer this one.

Speaking of street racing on this forum is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from talking about it.

Wanna race me?

If your motor runs great there is no need to rebuild it yet.
