Are these any good? What would be a better plug?

NGK or AC Delco plugs work the best in our cars.

Are there any specific types of plugs that are best? such as Platimun, Iridium, etc.

Based on personal experience, when I bought the car they had the bosch wires and +4 spark plugs in them, and never had a problem with them at all. They were in there for about 8 months until last winter i put regular factory ones in. Now I got some taylor wires and ngk plugs. just wanted to be safe for this summer
