I actually replaced the factory lifters wit a set of sealed power lifters which were meant for replacing the originals.... They are still hydraulic, but they have less float at the higher RPM'* thns did my stock set... Bad part is that I have been in the engine to replace 4 lifters already because they failed.... Here it is a year later and I hear 2 more lifters trying to call it quits... When they get warm they get worse... I hate the tick tick tick tick tick tick..... And when you can hear it in the car driving around town, well that just drives me nuts... I still have the stock set and they look as good as new due to the oil changes, and they never made much of anything for noise... I'll be reusing them...LOL
Yeah, I'd toss those lifters too...
