Perhaps you should explain that in a little more detail before the other Series 1 L67 noobs think they can run a 1.9" or 2.0" pulley.

S1Performance has had the color options for awhile. So has PulleyBoys, where they're coming from. You could get them in any color you wanted as long as you asked and paid a little more.

For the record, without some form of intercooling, 2.2" is the typical perforamnce size for 92/93 and 2.5" is for 94/95. You MUST scan for KR even with these sizes that commonly work.

Blazin' uses a 'form' of intercooling.

Matt, your pulley is anodized, too. Just a different color.

Yes... their is no why anyone can run a 2.1", 2" or even a 1.9" pulley without seriously knowing what they are doing and are scanning all the time and even then you will still run into problems. I also don't run this pulley on the road that much it is too hard to keep KR down. My setup is different to any series 1 L67 out their right now but trust me when I say I am not using any 'form' of intercooling yet... I'm just using a few tricks and a replacement for the different 'forms' of intercooling.

Your 'form of intercooling' is what I was referring to.

BTW, I strongly suggest anyone that runs two different pulleys for the S1 on street and strip should modify a 3-jaw puller by smoothing the eges of the jaws to prevent damage to the rear flange of the pulley during swaps.

That would prob. help out a lot for the 3-jaw pullers. I use a Snap-On 2 jaw puller, the jaws are really fat (about a 1"), instead of the thin ones you usually see on 2-3 jaw pullers. I think this design works better and is all around easier to use then a 2-3 jaw puller. I know most people will not want to pay Snap-On price for a puller but if you could/can find one like it - I think you will be thanking me.
