Default Scanner programer

If in the wrong place, sorry.

I did a search but didn't see anything. What is a good scanner/programer for my bonneville? I would like one that runs on my laptop.

There seems to be some limited choices for a laptop programmer. How about a handheld type?

I've been looking a proscan at http://www.myscantool.com for a scanner. Anyone use this? The price is good and it seems to have a lot of features.
